Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, it typically takes us 2-3 business days for processing before shipment.  *subject to change* We are a small team and pack each order by hand from our brick and mortar store front in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, it may take us a little longer to get your order packed up. Current shipping delays will be highlighted at the top of our homepage. Your patience is appreciated more than you know! 

Once an order has been placed, it can not be canceled. 

Midnight Lunch is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, please review your shipping address carefully before checking out. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient shipping address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost. 


Pre-orders  can not be cancelled once placed. However, if you would like to modify your order (size, shipping address, quantity) please contact us and we will be happy to assist. 

International + Canada

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all import duties upon entry (not at checkout). International shipments are final sale.

Return Policy

Not head over heels for something you bought at Midnight Lunch? Not to worry. While we can not issue refundscustomers have 14 days from ship date to return for store credit that never expires.  Store credit will be issued via email 2-3 business days after receiving & inspecting your item(s).

  • Returns for store credit only 
  • Store credit never expires and can be used in store or online. 
  • Items must have all original tags attached and be clean of any stains, debris or smells to be eligible for a return.
  • If items do not meet the above standards, you will not receive the credit and will be responsible for covering shipping costs should you want the item(s) mailed back. 
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Jewelry is final sale. 
  • Markdowns are final sale.
  • Wall art is final sale.
  • Discounted items due to damage or defect are final sale.
  • Vintage items are final sale
  • Gift cards are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • International customers are responsible for duties/vat/taxes.
  • No returns for international orders: orders outside of the US.

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of the delivery confirmation on your order.  Please email us at and send pictures of any damage. Please understand that colors may sometimes slightly vary due to lightning, screen resolution, and photography. This does not qualify as a damaged item. 


 Please visit our Returns Portal and log in using the email you provided at checkout to initiate your return. You will receive a return shipping label in 1-3 business days.


If you would like to exchange for a different color or size, please add a note in the returns portal specifying what size or color you would like. Once your original item is received by USPS, we will ship your new item out.
