Design Your Own Bar
As long as it’s you and a few other people, feel free to walk right in. (Although, if you’re walking in during the summer, we recommend coming in earlier in the day or right when we open. Otherwise, there may be a line.)
If your group is 6+, you’ll want to book a private event so you have all the space you need to craft and chat. Fill out this form
If you’re booking a private event, you’ll email us to let us know you’re interested. We’ll email back and share more details about dates, merch, and everything your private event could include, like catering and more.
If you’re walking in, you’ll just walk right in. From there, you (or your guests/group) will pick your apparel, choose your decals and charms, lay out your design, and heat press everything together.
We’ll be right there if you need a second eye or a helping hand on anything.

Yes! All decals are designed in-house by the Midnight Lunch crew.
The DYO bar is à la carte style, so you can spend as much or as little as you’d like. The merch you can choose from costs $10-30, with your first decal costing $10. Additional decals cost $3, and pins and charms range from $2-20.

Orders and Shipping
We ship to most countries! However, if our system is saying we can’t ship to your international address, use our contact form to reach out. (Sometimes, it’s just in a mood.)
We charge $9 for domestic shipping, but international shipping costs vary.
Once your order is placed, it typically takes us 2-3 business days to process before shipment. However, we are a small team and pack each order by hand from our brick-and-mortar store in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, so if we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, it may take us a little longer.
If your order hasn’t shipped and you need to update your shipping address or change the size of what you purchased, contact us, and we’ll do our best to help out. However, we aren’t responsible for orders placed with incorrect information and can’t guarantee anything.
If you checked out using Shop Pay, your order information is sent to whatever communication method you used (which may be your phone number). Check your text messages as well as your email, or log into your Shop Pay app.
If you didn’t use Shop Pay to check out, your order info was sent to the email you provided at checkout.
If you placed a pre-order, but need to modify something (size, shipping address, quantity), we got you. Contact us and we’ll help you get everything fixed.
Returns
We do not issue refunds, and once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. However, we do offer store credit or exchanges to those who return their item(s) within 14 days of their ship date.
Store credit will be issued through email 2-3 business days after receiving and inspecting your item(s). It never expires and can be used for in-store or online purchases.

To start the process, you’ll log into your returns portal (using the email you provided at checkout).
If you would like to exchange what you bought for a different size or style, please note the item style and color you would like to exchange for in the returns portal. (This will speed up the process!)
