Pre-orders can not be canceled once placed. If you need to update your shipping address after placing your order, please email info@shopmidnightlunch.com and we can assist you. After placing a pre-order, you will a receive an order confirmation. You will not receive another notification until your order has shipped. Please note, we are unable to update the address on international orders (outside the US). We will ship all items as they become available. If your order contains different ship dates, we will ship your remaining items with complimentary shipping. Pre-orders are normal orders and are subject to the same return policy.

While we can not issue refunds, customers have 14 days from ship date to return for store credit that never expires! We also offer *in-store only* merchandise exchanges. Store credit will be issued via email 2-3 business days after receiving & inspecting your item(s).
